Absolute rubbish! on tires and wheels

Epoxy will not smooth out evenly. Too watery. Once the epoxy has dried there is nothing you can do about it. Impossible to sand without scratching other parts of the rim. The best thing about this junk is the nail color they give. Watery thin paint that bleeds even after several coats. Don't waste your time with this crap!
