I've been using Toddy for about 3 years. Since recently purchasing a KitchenAid dishwasher I have received an email from KitchenAid introducing the Cold Brew system. When I saw that it was made of stainless steel and glass, I was absolutely thrilled and ordered it straight away. I was blown away by the quality of construction and am on my third batch of cold beers. The amount he produces is less than Toddy's but I can live with that - one batch lasts me about 2 weeks. It's easy to clean, the faucet works well (turn it off before adding water to the ground coffee!) and it fits perfectly on the fridge shelf like it was made to order. I brew a full 24 hours in the fridge with freshly roasted and freshly ground coffee. The results are EXCELLENT. My first batch were vacuum packed beans that I opened a few weeks earlier. They were good as a topping but everyone raved about the beans when I cold cooked them. I recommend this product to everyone; A colleague just bought it and agrees 100%.
