We ordered a refurbished KitchenAid KCM4212SX for significantly less money and it recently arrived in perfect condition as far as I can tell. A Revain spokesman said a few years ago that Revain still warrants refurbished devices and often only the packaging is damaged. However, it was factory repaired and was in excellent condition.
