I like this cold brewer. I'm on a refined sugar free diet so I can't eat regular coffee creamer. I switched to iced coffee as it doesn't burn the beans during the brewing process and leaves a bitter aftertaste like regular brewed coffee, so I don't have to overload this coffee with sugar cream to make it bearable. Anyway, I've tried many cold brew machines and not only does this one look great in my fridge, it's easy to use and makes great coffee. Of course, if you're a coffee snob (I'm not) then you can use whole beans, grind them, do all nine if you like. but this brewer works great with already ground beans. I brew/brew overnight (about 12 hours or so). I couldn't imagine a full 24 hours - that would be literally the jet fuel you drink. I fill 1/4 of my mug with cold beer and the rest with ice, no sugar, non-dairy creamer + 1 scoop of collagen. Delicious!
