Just Buy It and Thank Me Later

I've been with Amazon for over 7 years and have never written a review; This product is so good that I just tried it too. I honestly chose this product because I'm interested in cold brewing, I love the Kitchen Aid brand and I liked the design of this product. It looks better in real life than it does in these photos (which it almost never does) and it feels very solid. As soon as you open the packaging you can see the good quality. It's a very simple process, fill the filter with 250g of coffee grounds (I only looked at this because they have a fill line to give you an idea of where to stop pouring if you [like me] don't have a digital kitchen scale) you want to use a coarse grind, but I didn't have one at home and just used my fine grind. You let it steep in cold water in the fridge or on the table at room temperature (I used cold water + fridge) for 12 to 24 hours (the longer it simmers, the stronger/bitter it gets); I left from 3 p.m. Then you remove the filter and you can drink coffee. I like black, so in my mug (already filled with ice) I pour a third of the coffee concentrate you brew from this cold brewer and the rest of the mug with water, stir and enjoy. It's easy to clean. , looks great, holds a lot of coffee in a small space, and I love how it fits neatly on the fridge shelf like it should always be there. If you're thinking about buying this, stop thinking and do it. For coffee lovers, this is the greatest thing since the discovery of the bean.

Pros
  • Shelf Life: The KitchenAid Cold Brew Coffee Maker brews 38 ounces of coffee concentrate that stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
