Cheap, breaks easily, maybe good for finished work.
One tire broke and when I tried to use one of the others it was almost impossible to tighten without growing my other hand. The fabric kept slipping out and gave NO firm support. I was afraid that I would break someone else. This would have been a good decorative finish to the already washed and finished items, but I needed the frame for the work in progress. Very disappointed.
