Be ready to commit to replacing the drain

Drains are never fun to remove, you pretty much have to destroy them removing it. Sink was pretty straight forward. Old metal drain was hard to remove, then after I got it installed I had some leaks (you really have to crank down on that plastic nut), and also make sure the chamfered part of the rubber seal is facing up. Overall pretty happy with it, I only wish the pop drain stem wasn't so far back. It gets really close to the back of the sink.

Pros
  • The faucet features a convenient single handle that makes it easy to control the water flow and temperature, so you can wash your hands and face with ease.
Cons
  • The pop-up drain assembly may become dislodged easily
