Review on AEM 21 488P Polished Intake System by Joseph Mathis

I chose AEM CAI after reading about air intakes for my Mazda 3 2.3L 2005 for a while have. This one doesn't make an overly silly "buzz" when accelerating, but gives a nice boost in performance! Installation was pretty easy, but removing the stock airbox was a pain in the ass. Follow the instructions, take your time and it will come out. Good product although dropped by CEL after about a month which is LEAN on can 1 or 4. I can not remember. Most forums say it can be ignored with CAI and people have measured that the engine is NOT REALLY DOWNLOADING, he just thinks it's due to CAI differences. Just take a look.
