28 inch NOT 38 - my new review
I ordered a 38 B C, what I got said it's that size. BUT ITS NOT, the band on these bras measures 28" for your rib cage. Also after removing pads it's way too small . I'd say it's an A cup or very small B . I did read the reviews that said small but had no idea how small. Most 38 size bras have a 34 or 35 " band NOT 28". So if youre a child they might fit.
