Review on CHINOOK Hitch Mount Bike Rack by Swagman by Justin Early

The up and down movable adjustment bracket has a button you press to move it when you unlock it as this pin has lost its end cap or is broken rendering the unit unusable . This is not a defect but a design flaw or inferior parts. Now I have to get a thin screw to hold the button. The $250 device is well made and then cheap in the most important part, which tightens and latches the device with plastic and a thin pin. Very disappointed as if wanting scrap I would have bought a cheap block. I actually get annoyed with manufacturers who crap like this and charge a premium on the average price due to marketing and the illusion of quality between crap and excellent, how am I supposed to just pay double the price and get something durable for a lifetime, or buy Just a cheap device to use a few times. Also the instructions are terrible as the pictures are misleading as the clutch lock has the correct diagram in a language I don't know and English has a clutch lock that is different than the one supplied. Please understand that since this company offers the most reasonably priced products, I assume the real company is delivering a quality device with proper installation instructions. As you can see, I'm upset.
