These earrings are perfect for cartilage, conch, tragus, etc. piercings. I have the 10mm in my conch, 6mm in my cartlage, and 8mm in my tragus. My ears are on the smaller side so not sure if the 10mm would work for everyone's conch. The one for my tragus was really hard to get in there so it was sore for maybe a day. But, they click shut which is nice and I don't feel like they are going to come out. I also did not find the 6mm hard to open like I saw in some other reviews. Just be sure when you put it in, you squeeze it until you hear that click. Recommend for sure!
