We liked the size and "look" of the phone. The way the user manual was written and laid out was quite difficult to navigate. Maybe it has something to do with there being a loud squeaking/chirping 24/7 that we couldn't stop. We ended up turning off our phones every night and whenever people were passing by because it was annoying and distracting. I only picked up once before we threw the phone away (the return window passed as we didn't plug it in immediately after purchase).
