Amazing Customer Support & New Features Every Month

I love that it is able to take my list of contacts, get them in touch with me via phone calls or emails, and reach out to them using social media posts which are customized for each contact! It's not always perfect, but usually gets me close enough so as to make my customers happy. Also, they keep adding new features all of the time, so they're constantly improving their service. If you have any issues at first, just give them some slack - they'll figure things out quickly and help you solve your problems. There are still bugs here and there, but nothing too major and honestly, the customer support team has been amazing about responding within 24 hours whenever anything pops up! They've saved us tons of money by putting our sales efforts into action almost immediately after someone signs up for one of our services!

  • Customer Service reps who respond fast
  • Ability customize messages/emails sent through listers platform (ie; add links)
  • Features added frequently since inception such an awesome tool when used properly :)
Cons
  • Sometimes can't find what we need easily.
  • Some formatting options could be improved upon
