Review on ๐Ÿ” Optimized Search: Franklin Sports Perfect Pump with Pressure Gauge by Vedavyas Fleming

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works well but reading is inaccurate

This ball pump is well built and easy to use, but it has a few design flaws that keep it from earning five star status. The needle pops out first. at an angle to the handle/pump body. Presumably this serves to be able to read the manometer better when filling the balloon. However, this makes it difficult to store and transport the pump, as it cannot be thrown into a sports bag without a support on the side. And because there's no built-in storage, you can't remove the needle. Second, it's difficult to get accurate ball pressure because the gauge is small and the increments are close together. In other words, it's easy to fill the ball up to 7 or 8 pounds. pressure, but it's almost impossible to get it to 7.5. This may not matter to most customers, but it does matter if you're a moderately serious athlete who wants to make sure your ball is properly inflated.
