Defective unit with best performance in heating, cooling and air quality

Shinco received this unit on 7/26/21 and it worked for about 4 weeks. Then he did not draw water into the tank and heated it outside the device. I then smelled burned so I turned it off and emailed the company. Didn't get an answer from them. I hope they will replace it for free or refund the money. I will continue this review after receiving a reply from you.
