The main thing I love about Vetscene was that it allowed me access my info in one place via computer/smartphone, so when we go out they have all information readily available at hand! Also loved being able do update notes online rather than having them sent back by post as would happen if using vet paper system (which wasn't really practical). There isn’t anything i dislike - but more something not very important like maybe getting updates quicker etc? Have been through many practices now & this has always worked best. I love that my vet clinic has been able to provide this service since COVID started affecting us all! It allows me time to focus in on patient care, while still being available via text or email if needed. This also helps keep staff working from home as well. The only thing I dislike about it is having to pay per visit rather than just one fee each month. We have had several members of our extended family who have tested positive so we've had to make some adjustments in how they visit us.
