Very easy and professional experience

I like that my vet was able to accommodate me when we were homebound due to COVID19 restrictions, even if it wasn't her normal office hours (which she didn’t have anyway). She also has been kind enough not only answer all questions but give detailed explanations as well! Not much at this time since so many people in town where sick or quarantined; however they did send out an email about how pets should stay indoors while sheltering from potential exposure - do ask them specifically what rules

Great staff and quality care for our dog

I love that my dogs get an appointment within minutes after they call in! The vet techs at this location were very nice, professional & friendly as well!! They have been so helpful throughout all stages from when we first moved here until now (when she has had surgery). We don't feel like it takes too long before being seen by one particular person because every time someone comes out he or she makes sure everything goes smoothly - even if things aren’t going perfectly right away :) It would…

Great way for vets and clients alike

The main thing I love about Vetscene was that it allowed me access my info in one place via computer/smartphone, so when we go out they have all information readily available at hand! Also loved being able do update notes online rather than having them sent back by post as would happen if using vet paper system (which wasn't really practical).
