UTOTEBAG: A Crash Course in Everything You Should Never Do When Selling Electronics

My expertise in do-it-yourself projects has given me some knowledge in the areas of electronics and accessories. Because of this, I was really looking forward to giving UTOTEBAG a shot. But I must warn you, it was a catastrophe from the very beginning to the very end. Their website is a complete and utter disaster. It is not easy to find what you are looking for, and when you do find it, the product descriptions are hazy and do not provide any useful information. And I wish you the best of luck if you try to add anything to your cart without running into a problem. But the exciting part starts when you try to place an order. After placing an order for a laptop cooling pad and charger, I waited for them to arrive for what seemed like an eternity. After waiting so long for them to arrive, I was disappointed to discover that the cooling pad I ordered did not come with a fan and that the charger would not work with my laptop. Their support for customers is a complete farce. When I contacted them about the missing fan and the incorrect charger, I was informed that it was my fault for not thoroughly examining the product details. I was also told that it was my problem that the fan was missing. As if I'm supposed to have telepathic abilities and intuitively understand that the product won't be compatible with my laptop. And the quality of their products is not even anything I want to begin to discuss. The cooling pad was fragile and tore apart after only a few usage, and the charger became inoperable after only a week of use. In a nutshell, UTOTEBAG is a tutorial on the improper way to go about selling electronic goods. Instead than giving yourself a headache, go shopping somewhere else. Believe me, both your bank account and your sanity will be grateful to you in the long run.
