We are quite happy with them. We tried another provider earlier this year, but after only 6 months we realized that the data we were getting wasn't really useful to us. At Metricwire we get really granular data about people who sign up for our service, we can see exactly how many visitors come to our website, where they come from, what search terms they use to find us etc.. This means that we can personalize our email campaigns to target the right people (the ones who will benefit most from signing up) - it's not so much "spamming" as using that information to show people exactly what they should expect when signing up. It saves us money, too - if we send a generic message to everyone we would be wasting money on something that won't reach anyone. In addition, because we know that we're sending targeted messages, we can make sure that they are actually relevant, which saves us even more money. The report generation is excellent, and the fact that we get detailed data on every user gives us a lot of flexibility. When we add new features we can easily check whether people are actually interested in them, or whether they are annoyed by them, without having to send surveys to thousands of people.
