I use pre-workout almost every day. I mix mine with water, not everyone does that, but I like it that way. It smells great but looks like lime water when mixed. I mix mine with 1/2 oz of hot water to allow all of the powder to fully dissolve, then add 11 to 12 oz of cold water, drink and it's done. My problem is that it tastes like tropical mud. My throat is like NO, DO NOT drink this. I managed to get it down and it stayed down, but I don't think I'll be using that unless I have everything else. As for me, I just didn't care about the taste like everyone else. BUT I will admit that I haven't had tremors, I haven't had an emergency bathroom stop before going to the gym or during the gym, and I haven't had a bad fall or late night rush. after ingestion.
