Although the customer service personnel is helpful, there is room for improvement in how quickly they respond. It took far longer than I had anticipated for me to receive responses to the questions I had, which was really aggravating. Because their product descriptions are so vague, it can be difficult to make well-informed acquisitions from them. This is yet another problem with the company. To gain a clearer picture of what I was getting myself into when I made the purchase, I needed to do some extra research on the products. In general, DOCAZON has potential, but they need to concentrate on refining their website and their customer service before they can fully realize that potential. If they can solve these problems and provide more in-depth descriptions of their products, they have a good chance of becoming a leading competitor in the market for glasses and drinkware sold online.
