I have used this on my Chihuahua and several times to carry other bags as you see in the picture. It's not that bad, but the biggest problem is that it's difficult to walk with a porter when it's moving in any direction other than forward. As you see in the picture. It's hard to walk with him. My friend is the one with the strap in the photo and he kept complaining that the strap wasn't moving like it should. Also when I pull on it I'm too careful that the stretcher doesn't move next to me instead of behind me and hit my dog who likes to walk next to me. Also, the handle feels too thin.
