Review on GICASA Kitchen Faucet: Heavy Duty Spring Single Handle With Pull Down Sprayer & Pot Filler, Brushed Nickel Finish by Fred Whitehead

I agree with other reviews that it is well made however beware! After only a week of use there are 2 chips off the black finish at the docking part of the sprayer. I would highly recommend reconsidering the black finish. This seems to be a manufacturing issue and I would imagine will only get worse with more use. So disappointing to have something already broken in out new kitchen. Not to mention the cost to have a new one installed. I have reached out to the company to see how they will remedy the situation but we are VERY dissapointed!UPDATE. The company responded and said it was a manufacturer defect and sent us a new one. I appreciate them trying to remedy the situation and hope that this really was a fluke. Not thrilkec about having to install it ourselves since we dont want to pay tge plumber to cone back out. I will updateuse my rating after some userating.
