This faucet came packaged very carefully. Everything was in pristine condition. Our plumber had it in installed in less than an hour and he repeatedly commented on what a nice faucet it was. He had just replaced his and said he wished he would of known about this one before, he would have bought the same one.The water pressure on the spray handle is awesome! The separate pot fill is great for filling the sink and pots. I wish I would have bought this years ago!

Despite what some other reviewers have stated, this faucet is solid. Definitely all metal. It looks and feels expensive and we've gotten quite a few compliments since installing. The water flow is very good, especially out of the pot filler arm. The hardest part of the install in our case was removing the old faucet and attachments but once that was done this one was in place and functioning within 15-30 minutes. Really really love this faucet. except for the paint finish. We've had this for roughly six months now and the black finish is coming off. Other than that the faucet is exactly what I wanted. Black finish on everything including the hose and springs. If they could figure out the paint issue this would easily get five stars.4/25/19 paint continues to chip off. Still love the faucet overall but need to try and find a way to cover up where the black paint is coming off.

I had to replace my previous kitchen faucet that I spent $300 on after only 2 1/2 years and the previous faucet was a top brand in faucets but it was horrible from day one. So i started looking for a new faucet and I saw this one. It had everything I was looking for and the price was 1/2 of what I was expecting to pay. I figured it was too good to be true. I received it lightening fast and my son installed it. I can tell you hands down it’s the BEST kitchen faucet I’ve ever had! I love it!

I LOVE this faucet. My husband and plumber tried to talk me out of it. My husband thought it was too inexpensive, and therefore cannot be good. My plumber had installed the $600 Kohler faucet for the previous owners, and couldn’t understand why I wanted to switch. Well the Kohler has zero water pressure, seriously nothing. I agree with other reviews that it is well made however beware! After only a week of use there are 2 chips off the black finish at the docking part of the sprayer. I would highly recommend reconsidering the black finish. This seems to be a manufacturing issue and I would imagine will only get worse with more use. So disappointing to have something already broken in out new kitchen. Not to mention the cost to have a new one installed. I have reached out to the company to see how they will remedy

We purchased this to replace the one the builder put in the house due to super low water pressure and a lackluster design and are so pleased with this new one. First of all, it looks AMAZING! It is very heavy and everything seems to be well made. My husband was able to install it in about 20 minutes, so it was pretty straightforward. I was nervous to purchase this faucet due to the fact I had never heard the name before but this faucet is great. It arrived very quick in good packing. Set up was quick. And it works wonderful. It sets off my gourmet kitchen to really showplace the room and it is very functional. The water pressure is better than the Moen kitchen faucet I replaced it with. This cost less than Moen and works better

Somebody made a post that this faucet is plastic.it's not. It is metal and seems very sturdy. As far as I can tell it is 100% as advertised. I've had it hooked up for a week love it. The spray nozzle fits snuggly back into place and everything swivels and moves smoothly. The size was a little intimidating when I purchased I, but now that I have it installed it doesn't seem too big at all. Zero complaints and it wasn't even expensive compared to many of the other faucets out there.

I bought this for a rental property. It was very easy to install. It’s cheaper than the big box stores and as usual Best Buy shipped out and I received the item very fast. The stream of water the comes out is very steady the sprayer workers great. The lines included are plenty long enough to install. Most importantly it looks great in my rental property.

Love this faucet, having the ability to have the height to spray into big pots and rinse things like a commercial kitchen is awesome! The only improvement I could see is for the fixed arm to extend a little further. Otherwise, great product! Hope it holds up, but I think it will, seems well-made.

I replaced a similar unit that lasted 3 years under heavy use. The previous unit was not as well made and as functional. I installed this unit myself. The previous unit was professionally installed and loosened up over time. The mounting system of this unit is much better designed. The water flow is at least 25% stronger and the diverter valve works 100%.

It lasted 2 years. Now it leaks where the sprayer hose connects to the main part of the faucet.Update.once I figured out how to take it apart I found the hose had come loose and I tightened it and no more leak.

Great faucet, except the hose is a nylon fabric, not stainless steel. Hose does not stretch as much as I would have liked, and seems shorter than in the picture. Other than that it is functional.

We purchased this faucet over a year ago and it still looks brand new and functions flawlessly. We bought a second one for our new house.
