Works but feels like cheap plastic.

It seems to work well, I hope it lasts. I suggest if you are replacing the switch on an old console, remove the lower console case and disconnect the fast idle cable before removing the upper console case and replacing the switch. This keeps all of your controls in the right place when changing the switch. Reinstall the switch and top cover before installing the fast idle cable and bottom cover.
