I think they work the same?
I don't know why PUR stopped making filters for this jug. I got them a month ago because they were the only ones available. They work well and the water tastes good, but I don't really like how the water goes through and finds almost no resistance. It just doesn't seem like satisfactory filtering. So far so good, but next time I'll look elsewhere
