I like that it allows me access from any device (computer or mobile). It's very easy for my team members who are remote workers as well! The reporting is also great with all of our data in one place making decision process much easier than before this product was implemented at work!! Nothing yet but looking forward towards other features such as integration into CRM system which will make life even better.
