Befenybay did not live up to my expectations during my time there. Despite the fact that I had no trouble navigating the website, the products that I purchased were of a low quality and did not perform as promised. The explanations gave me the wrong impression, and the prices were significantly higher than I had anticipated. The response time from the customer service team to my questions was very slow, and they did not provide any helpful solutions. In addition, the delivery was late, so I had to wait for a longer period of time than I had anticipated to receive my purchase. The overall experience I had with Befenybay was unfavorable, and I do not intend to make any additional purchases from their online store in the foreseeable future. They are not a company that I would recommend to anybody looking for dependable additive manufacturing products.
