Review on Taylor Cable 57044 Throttle Spacer by Jay Aukuso
Doesn't help with MPG's
Only bought this throttle body gasket to increase mileage as stated by the manufacturer. I check my average MPG daily on my '06 Ram 2500 4x4. I want to get the most out of my overpriced tank of fuel. Other than the 3" leveling kit, 35" tires and CAI, my truck is pretty standard. My daily commute and riding style didn't change, only the wobble was MPG. Without the gasket I averaged 13.7mpg, with the gasket it dropped to 13.1mpg. I realize it's not a huge drop, but for a gas guzzler like mine it makes a difference.
