I received my umbrella, and immediately noticed the box was not in good shape. I suspect this umbrella was returned and they just used the same box. The umbrella is missing the aluminum base pieces, the flexible pedal and any assembly instructions. I tried to call the wikiwiki support number and after a message about claiming a gift, it hung up on me, despite saying they're available 7 days a week. I was looking forward to using the umbrella, as we have friends coming over, but now we'll have to stay inside as we have no shade when sitting out on our new patio.UPDATE: I returned the umbrella and Revain shipped a replacement. The replacement umbrella also had missing parts, but I was able to assemble and use the umbrella. A representative from WikiWiki reached out to me, apologized and issued a refund for the umbrella. Because of WikiWiki's responsiveness and willingness to issue a refund, I have updated my rating to 4 stars.
