I installed them on my Ford F-150 Lariat Super Crew yesterday. The first page took about 2 hours due to the learning curve and the right tools. The second side took about an hour. A little advice. Make sure your nests are deep wells. Biggest takeaway: I didn't have to use spring compressors since I removed the bottom spring (strut) mounting bolts and then reinstalled them once the spring (strut) was in place. Remove the spring and install the spacers (they only go one way). ROTATE 180 degrees (make sure you mark the spring before removing it). Reinstall.
