The camera is very well made, the picture is clear. The support is very good, but the instructions in the small manual are outdated. Recommended software: AmCap https://amcap.en.softonic.com /AmCap recognized the camera but the screen was black. Eventually I realized that the problem was in the renderer. Go to Capture > Setup > Preview > Renderer. The "recommended" renderer is Renderer9 (default). It may work, but if not, choose Video Renderer or Enhanced Video Renderer.
