My experience working directly and indirectly within IT solutions

The ability for our team at NACCO Industries Incorporated (NII) to have access from anywhere in the world via mobile devices or web browser has been key! It's also nice that we can track calls with ease as well using this software too.

Not much I dislike about it but sometimes there are issues when trying to get an agent online if they aren't available right away which could be improved upon by adding more agents so you don’t need wait around forever like some other programs do. We've seen great results since implementing Jovu leads several months ago; increased productivity of sales reps while increasing customer satisfaction levels through better service delivery methods.

  • Great support staff always ready.
  • Mobile friendly works perfectly across all phones/tablets including apple, android etc

  • More features would help
