Review on ☕️ Black and Stainless Capresso 116.04 EC100 Pump Espresso and Cappuccino Machine by William Kava

Received this as a birthday present for a family member. They've told me many times how much they love it and how good the latte is, but I finally got a chance to try it myself when I visited recently and they definitely didn't exaggerate. Espresso looks and tastes like in a café - full, strong, dark, with lots of foam. The milk evaporates with a smooth, creamy foam that's absolutely perfect. Coffee is prepared quickly, milk evaporates quickly. It usually takes about 5 minutes to prepare a latte. I'm considering getting one now! I read all the reviews before buying and answered a few criticisms: Yes, the large mugs don't fit. But a cup. And of course small espresso cups that can be poured into a large mug or glass if desired. You can usually find small espresso cups at thrift stores for a very reasonable price if you're looking to save. You have to stay close to the machine and watch it make coffee as there doesn't seem to be an auto shut off feature. You have to turn it off when your cups are full or they overflow, which is fine as it only lasts a few minutes. Remove the cups quickly after turning the switch to the "off" position, as the machine will pump out excess water from the "pipes" and you don't want it in your coffee. It falls into a small collection box under the metal grate that holds the cup. This box needs to be emptied and cleaned every two or three brew cycles or it will overflow on your counter. That's the only flaw I see in this car, but it's not a big one.
