I've spent over $1,000 to get two hubs and the entire censor for my walk through the fridges and freezers at my bakery and after months of wandering back and forth with tech Support to buy the company still has not received a decision. The company's latest response is that sensors don't always work well on metal. This is the worst answer. It does not matter whether it is a household item or a commercial facility. Almost every refrigerator, window, oven, and door has metal. I am now out of the returns window on Amazon and have now spent a lot of time and money on a low quality product.
