Not a good pan best in my review
Did all the required prep work with this pizza pan. Cooked the first pizza with it and by the time the crust was cooked, the top of the pizza was burnt. Would not recommend this product.

- Nice pan, have only used it once. Worked well and was easy to clean.
Cons
- The aluminum alloy construction of the pan does not retain heat well, resulting in uneven cooking
