I bought this product based on the reviews about it, all mostly 5 stars. After completion it did not fit my 2004 C5. The result of the first operation was the destruction of the tint and scratches on the passenger door glass. They reinstalled an old, very noisy, power window assembly. I was lucky that they only charged what was necessary for their problems. The problem wasn't in the rear track but in the front track of the regulator where it is too close to the glass. The service manager informed me that no adjustment of the controller solved the problem. I am returning this product. I'm not the type to give a product a one star rating and criticize a product because it was bad in a group. I'm back in the window tinting shop and I'm buying a controller from Delco.
