I use it as a referee for temperature readings on my aquarium cooler, aquarium heater and room air conditioner. This device seems ideal with room air conditioning. I have a temperature of 80 degrees in the aquarium and the resolution of the air conditioner is not 10 degrees. This device helps me determine the actual temperature in my aquarium. My heating is set to 73.5 degrees. My cooler is set to 76 degrees. The displays are listed as follows: Cooler/Heat/AQ150. High temperature = 76.8 / 75.5 / 76.3. Cooler turns on. Low temperature 74.8/73.5/74.1. The cooler starts. Specified equipment: JBJ 1/15 HP aquarium cooler with +/- 1 degree accuracy Fluvial E100 advanced electronic heater Accuracy not specified.
