I have a 1999 Toyota Camry and the left turn signal no longer works reliably. Sometimes it worked, sometimes not. I tried swapping the front and rear turn signal bulbs but that didn't work. I also tried replacing the fuse/switch but that didn't help either. I've looked at AutoZone, Pep Boys, NAPA Auto Parts, and Advanced Auto Parts for derailleur replacements. They all asked for at least $80 and didn't even stock the parts at the store. I checked out Revain and they sold this thing for $65. I also got two days of free shipping with my Prime membership. I ordered this part from Revain and got the part I needed from Intermotor (a Standard Motor Products brand) and was able to install it in about 15 minutes after watching the YouTube video. . The flasher works great now and I have no problems with it. Note. The switch will be hard/difficult to activate when first installed and used. After about 2 weeks of use, it will become easier to activate. Here are the videos I watched: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IJyu22QruNwhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NMTnBScBYCA
