I bought a MailStation for my brother for Christmas. He's not techy at all, and I wanted him to use something very simple. I found the limitations of this product frustrating and less useful than I had hoped. People who email him frequently don't realize they're composing their email in HTML format; they send attachments in a format he cannot receive; You are sending messages that are too long. He's so upset about it I guess I'll bring him back and buy him a new present.
