This is my second SIC water bottle. I like a lid that can stick to things. I also love the design, size and the fact that it stays cool for many hours. The only thing you should pay attention to when accepting it for the first time is to check the rubber mouthpiece carefully and send it in if there are any defects. My first bottle of SIC has bubbles on the rubber mouthpiece that I didn't notice at first. . He ended up peeling off and kept peeling off. The lifetime warranty has an exception for the rubber mouthpiece. I made a claim and they officially denied it but agreed to send me a disposable replacement cap which I think is lovely! I thank them for that. They emailed that it was the result of normal wear and tear, dishwasher damage, or straw chewing (disgusting, I've never done that). Also, I never wash mine in the dishwasher. I had to send it back immediately after noticing the bubbles. But I am very glad that they send a replacement cover. This is the PERFECT water bottle. i love it so much! Just send it back if it has any flaws in the rubber mouthpiece.
