Exactly what I was looking for.

Seems to have some mixed reviews here, maybe a bad batch? I bought a 12V POE and it has worked great so far. First I checked the output (12.2V) and then connected it to the camera. It loaded well. So far I've only tested it indoors. But I will say that I bought this particular device as it was really suitable for outdoor use. After unpacking, the case made a very stable impression with a decent weight. How it actually holds up, time will tell. I'll post another update if it fails!
