Small size is too small
My son's waist is thinner than average. He's 13 but still wears a size 8-9 or 10 if he has an adjustable waist. That's why I bought a narrow belt. It's too small for him! If you have a toddler this is perfect. Very durable material. Too bad it's too small and my son can't wear it!
