Review on πŸ”§ Efficient Swivel Brake Pad Spreader Tool by Capri Tools: Ensuring Optimal Brake Performance by Matt Watson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Best braking tool I've ever used. Love this item

On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, this item deserves a 10 star rating. I change brakes, I believe every person I've ever met. Not quite, but I certainly do at least 15 brake jobs a year for free for friends and family. I used this tool for the first time today and it has never been so easy for me to make brakes. In fact, I'm ordering a few more of these tonight. Just in case something happens to what I already have. I have so many different brake tools and this is my favorite by the millions. And I think it's bloody cheap for what you get. Now I have 3 of these because the first one worked so well. I've changed brakes for the last 34 years and never looked forward to it. I just did it to save money and help others save money. Although I have the influence and all the tools to make it easier. I just never liked it for some reason. Lazy? I do not know. What I do know is that I'm excited and can't wait to hit the brakes again. No more big C-clip for me. Yes, I have other special tools as well, but nothing compares to them. The quality of this tool is definitely higher than most others. And yes, it's hard work. I just used it on my 2015 Chevy Tahoe LTZ with the max brake package and it was so easy to push the big dual pistons all the way back. My 3 year old granddaughter was able to easily move these pistons back with this tool. Yes, it's as simple as doing it with one hand while holding a caliper with the other hand. No problems at all, not even a hint of trouble. I had to replace my pads earlier because I waited so long for the pads to wear off and I messed up my rotors. I didn't like doing brakes that much. I've had pads for almost a year and am waiting for mine to fall out. No excuses, except that I just didn't like to brake until now. I've just attached a picture of just one of my power outlet boxes for those who might think I'm just a guy with very few tools who doesn't really understand what I'm talking about. I'm a big tool lover. I have thousands and thousands of dollars worth of tools.
