It was difficult to mark where to drill the holes for the drywall anchors when installing in the window frame so I tried drilling without a mark and got the correct spacing on the third try. The rod on which the blind rolls is slightly curved and tends to hit the window and window frame as it rolls and unfolds. Some parts were also dirty - was this item a return? At this point it's finally installed and doing the job so I don't want to bother with removing, returning and installing a replacement but I'm disappointed with the quality that was sent to us. There are also a lot of spelling mistakes in the installation instructions - the basic quality control should at least include a spell check.
