Huge time saver for my opinion

I use this item for mushrooms, olives and hard boiled eggs. It saves me so much time in meal prep. A bit awkward in that you have to flip it before cutting so the pieces fall into your bowl or pan. Otherwise they fly over your prep surface. I do, however, recommend this item.

Great product, easy to clean. Have used to slice hard-boiled eggs and strawberries.

Cons

Love this for eggs and strawberries for my toddler. Not easy to clean.
