I liked that it held firmly, but when it came time to carry it from car to car the adhesive wouldn't come off the window. It's not suction. I had to take my knife and practically cut him out the window. I applied for my wife's car for our holiday trip and when I came back I had to do the same. I decided to remove the glue that was on the mug. Now the cup doesn't stick to anything anymore. I have contacted the company and they do not reply. I read the return policy and pretty much messed up getting a replacement or refund. The company will only replace or refund up to tk 14 days. You don't know how a product works until you try it and 14 days isn't long enough to see it. I will not buy from this company again.
