Return now. I do not recommend. Look at the photo with the gray Bell helmet. The front strap is just behind my eyebrow. Fits perfectly and the strap sits right under my chin. I don't even feel it when I'm driving. And it fits nice and snug without having to over-tighten the back eyelet. This K helmet has a BAD design. It looks nice and cheap, but the strap placement is terrible. Note that the first strap is further back on the helmet. And the back strap is always loose. When you tighten it, it sits just below your neck. Absolutely uncomfortable, feels like he's choking me. Truly awful and just plain stupid for a company that doesn't recognize it. I do not recommend this brand.
