My setup is a low-end laptop, sideways at a 45 degree angle, and a large monitor directly in front of me. The point is that a laptop of normal height/usage is not flattering to look at. You don't see yourself fully, you're floored, and if you're like me and have a different screen, it seems like you're not looking directly at your audience. I wanted to look directly at the audience with a camera that would allow me to choose the best angle. THAT'S IT. Installed EASY, connected, went to the Windows camera application, changed the camera (top right icon with the camera rotation icon) and you're done. It also has a microphone, so I disabled my laptop's microphone and camera to know exactly when it's on (connect/disconnect). The camera also has indicator lights: 1 for on, 1 for "in use". I actually took pictures of it to show my friend because the angle, the lighting made me look thinner, sharper, sharper! The goalkeeper!
