Instructions for connecting to product are vague except for some US models - wrote to company and received instructions which were wrong for my car model! They indicated that the wires were the wrong color! Once I finally found the correct wires at the local auto repair shop and plugged in the "chip/programmer" the performance and mileage began to drop. I drove the car both on the freeway with cruise control (over 1500 miles) and to see the city; Less mpg and less response (performance). The last word, the product is advertising and junk! Two stars only because the company replied to one of my emails even though they gave me the WRONG information.
